Maryam Booth resigns as vice chair, Atiku Care Foundation

A popular Kannywood actress, Maryam Booth has resigned as Vice Chairman of Atiku Care Foundation.

The versatile actress posted on her Instagram handle @officialmaryambooth that her resignation is effective from 24th December, 2018.

I will like to announce my resignation as the national vice-chairman of Atiku Care Foundation from 24th December 2018.

“Thanks for the few months, Thank you for the support and the opportunities that you have provided me during the last 4 months. I have truly enjoyed my tenure with [Atiku Care Foundation], and I am more than grateful,” she posted.

Atiku Abubakar is the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the 2019 general eflection.

Recently, it was reported that the Kannywood stars were divided between Atiku Abubakar of PDP and Muhammadu Buhari of All Progressive Congress, APC.
